Folks the creole/cajun's way of preparing such seafoods as crawdads,shrimps,softshell crabs,blue crabs,fish,along with, chicken,duck,smoked sausauges,and much,much more!

The cajun/creole people cook with alot of spices and seasoning. Tabasco sauce is a favorite with all us cajuns! Tabasco peppers are grown on Avery Island,La. This is a special Pepper thats just for Tabasco products. Panola red Peppers are grown in Lake Providence,La.Louisiana Hot Sauce is grown and packed at New Iberia, La. While a National favorite Tony's Chachere's Crab Boil and other easonings are from Opelousas,La.

I would like to also share some of our wonderful zydeco music that goes right along with the great food. In case you'all don't know,this music is made with a Jews Harp,Rub board,Fiddle, and some times a Guitar.That's the Louisianacajun way.
